Charlotte Lassos is a senior level communicator with more than 20 years experience in corporate communications, marketing and public relations. Prior to starting her own communication services business in 2006, Charlotte spent 10 years honing her craft at Toyota Motor Sales (TMS), USA, Inc., the sales and marketing corporate headquarters for Toyota, Lexus and Scion in the United States. While at TMS, Charlotte had the opportunity to launch some of the most successful vehicles on the market, produce award-winning publications and implement targeted direct marketing campaigns.

Before leaving to start her company, Charlotte worked in Media Relations for TMS conducting daily interaction with the news media. She was responsible for disseminating business and corporate news about the company through communication planning, executive interview coordination and counsel, preparing press materials and serving as a spokesperson. Before her assignment in TMS Media Relations, Charlotte did public relations for Lexus, the company’s luxury division. In her role at Lexus, she organized and implemented press introductions for new vehicles, produced award-winning press kits for the full model line-up and served as a spokesperson for the division.

Perhaps one of her most fulfilling roles at Toyota was serving as editor for the company’s flagship publications. In her five years as editor-in-chief, Charlotte produced the award-winning 28-page Toyota Today magazine and six-page Driver’s Seat employee newsletter for 54 consecutive issues each. During her tenure as editor, she was responsible for the graphic redesign and content enhancement of both publications, as well as the development and launch of online versions of both tombs for Toyota’s Intranet.

In addition to gaining invaluable experience at Toyota, Charlotte has held positions at The Prudential, PacTel Teletrac (a subsidiary of the Pacific Telesis Company), Mobile Technology, Inc. (now Alliance Imaging, Inc.) and Jackson Dawson Communications.
